November Recap
November was basically my “get my shit back together” month, recovering from the chaos of a big move, actively trying to consistently hit my daily protein goal, and suddenly discovering pockets of self-care time thanks to the rain cancelling literally everything else. But honestly, between settling in, fueling myself like an adult, and actually slowing down for five minutes, I’d call this month a solid win. Now onto the next and trying to get back even more to my “normal.”
